p>Requirements: • Proficient with reporting • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems (ideally ADP and Greenhouse) • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Experience with multiple HR disciplines, including staffing, investigations, compensation practices, performance improvement plans, on-boarding/off-boarding process, employee relations, diversity/inclusion, talent management, and succession planning • Knowledge and understanding of benefits administration and payroll.
