The role partners closely with HR People Partners, business leaders, Retail Training, and Global Gucci HR to translate talent priorities into meaningful development experiences that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate employee growth, and support business performance. The role also partners with the Kering L&D team, who serves as the primary point of contact for the delivery and management of learning solutions, including the learning catalogue, training operations, learning platforms, functional academies, compliance training, and enterprise learning deployment.
