This Senior HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Campus Director, HR in administering policies and programs in several of the following areas: change management, employment law, employee relations, labor law, labor relations, organizational development, salary administration, performance management, training, recruitment and various other HR-related programs/initiatives. The Role: Develops and directs the establishment of policies, procedures, plans and programs dealing with the specific activities of staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee talent development, training, HR information systems and payroll systems to meet the site's business plan and competitive strategy in a cost-effective manner.
