As an HR Business Partner , you will be responsible for day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Onboarding, Payroll, and People Analytics), while managing complex and escalated tasks, in Electrification Service in Florence, SC and US Service organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information of all stakeholders and assures quality controls are carried out. Your Background: · 5+ years of experience in HR, working in HR related roles with operations and process, preferably in manufacturing facility, or a combination of a bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited college or university with 2 years of relevant experience, or associate degree in business with 4 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
