Under general supervision this position will assist with recruitment, hiring, classification, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, human resources information systems (HRIS) and partnering with higher-level human resources staff to administer human resources programs, initiatives, and policy and procedures. As the lead agency in the HUD-funded Los Angeles Continuum of Care (CoC), we coordinate and manage federal, state, county, and city funds for programs providing shelter, housing, and services to people experiencing homelessness.
