Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, data analytics, psychometrics or measurement and evaluation from an appropriately credited institution and one year of experience in data analysis; or Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, data analytics, psychometrics or measurement and evaluation from an appropriately credited institution and three years of experience in study design and data analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to interpret data, analyze results using statistically rigorous analytic techniques, provide ongoing reports, effectively present findings, and share expertise that drives innovative health policies and processes.
