Supports the Internal Initiatives Senior Manager and Director of Internal Initiatives in the planning and execution of major internal programs and events, including department and practice group summits, the Annual Fall Partners Meeting, Annual Spring Capital Partner Meeting, firmwide training programs, leadership meetings, and other large-scale internal initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams, including Information Technology, Hospitality, Office Services, Client Growth & Marketing, Department Officers, Legal Talent Management, Legal Recruiting, Human Resources, and other administrative departments to coordinate meeting space, audiovisual and technology support, catering, materials, and other operational requirements.
