In conjunction with the BMHCC System Administrator of Pharmacy and Radiology, leads the planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring of all outpatient pharmacy functions to ensure optimal outcomes by the use of integrated clinical, informational, operational, financial, and drug distribution systems. Leads planning and implementation for opening new outpatient pharmacy locations, including evaluation of clinic opportunities, workflow development, staffing models, regulatory readiness, budget planning, implementation timelines, and operational go-live support.
