The Health & Welfare Benefits Manager collaborates closely with Human Resources Shared Services, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external partners to deliver competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits that support employee well-being, attraction, engagement, and retention. Assist in leading annual benefit planning, renewals, and open enrollment activities, including project management, employee communications, testing, and implementation.
