Working Conditions and Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the individual is often exposed to a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, as well as noise, fumes, grease, oil, noxious odors, cleaning chemicals, paints, glues, and solvents. During the training period, the trainee must be willing to take direction and guidance from other supervisory and management personnel, clearly communicate any concerns, and communicate with Terminal Management of any issues that surface.
