Responsibilities•Partner with manufacturing site leaders to execute core HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, talent acquisition, and compensation.•Serve as a trusted HR advisor in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, supporting workforce planning, change management, and associate engagement.•Design and implement organizational and team development strategies within a matrixed operating model, including structure, staffing, and capability planning.•Lead and support workforce reductions, employee relations matters, and compliance activities.•Review and approve Workday transactions; ensure adherence to policies and employment laws.•Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights using Workday, Excel, Visier, and Power BI.•Provide HR support across multiple shifts, including off-shift coverage.
