Primary Responsibilities Include: Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner. The apartment maintenance team is responsible for completing service requests under the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.

Our projects consist of HVAC in-house design/build as well as plan/spec engineering drawings for commercial offices, schools, high rise residential projects, medical facilities, distribution centers, etc ranging from 10,000 SF to over 1,000,000 SF. We are a full service HVAC contractor with a full office staff including an engineering & construction dept, HVAC controls dept, sales staff & support as well as commercial & residential service department, in-house sheetmetal fabrication shop and field installers.
The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, long-term incentive compensation, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.. Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 Hourly.
