You will: • Validate furniture, fixtures, and equipment requirements with VA stakeholders and develop cut sheets and product specifications; • Prepare room layouts using Revit, and 3D views using Revit or a similar program; • Check equipment placement against drawings, dimensions, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements; • Develop artwork and placement plans, support signage coordination, and coordinate the master key plan with VA stakeholders; • Assess furniture reuse, support cost estimates and acquisition packages, and maintain room-content and design records in SharePoint; and. This project will provide comprehensive interior design, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), space planning, acquisition, and activation support to bring the VHA Office of Emergency Management's new temperature-controlled warehouse, training, and administrative facility into full operation by Day One, projected for May 2029.
