Job DutiesSupport end-to-end execution of theatrical film promotions with global, domestic and international partners across TV and broadcast, packaging, retail, digital, social, print, press, radio and field opportunitiesCreate and manage partner timelines and review schedules and track deadlines for campaigns from beginning to endReview creative submissions from partners and international markets and acquire feedback and approvals from stakeholders and senior leadership to traffic back to external partnersEnsure all external partners’ creative submissions are saved, organized, and updated within the department shared drive foldersOrganize and conduct standing status calls with confirmed partners to ensure deadlines are met and relationships are intact, and send in-depth call recaps for record keepingReview, vet, and manage all promotional partnership deal submissions and creative approvals from international marketsLead the development and approval process for merchandise and prize packages for motion picture titlesHelp facilitate fulfillment for partner’s prizing, sweepstakes, and movie ticket deliverables with vendorsCoordinate the creation and maintenance of team materials, including status reports, case studies, tracking documents, research projects, international directives, promotional guidelines, and other partnership-related resourcesSupport the day-to-day management of promotional partnerships, including preparing meeting notes, recaps, wrap reports, and other documentationMaintain regular communication with local Paramount offices to ensure timely delivery of assets, feedback, and support from the Home OfficeSource and securely distribute film assets such as trailers, sizzles, logos, posters, stills, and key art to internal team and external partnersAssist with tracking and maintaining purchase orders and budgets to support partnership campaigns and team projectsFacilitate vendor onboarding and payments and process invoicesBook corporate and advance screenings for partners and lead logisticsCreate materials for partner summits and execute the run of show; support management team by executing events and team initiativesSpearhead premiere invite lists, seating charts, and on-site organization before, during, and after the event for external partners and senior leadership, and support in executing sponsorship deliverablesManage warehouse inventory and distribution of partner products for meetings, events, and related needsSupport cross-promotional efforts within the broader marketing departmentAssist with additional projects as assigned, such as roadshow preparation, logistics, cross-functional planning, and other initiativesSpecific Details to call attention to. EducationBachelor’s Degree preferredRequired Qualifications/Skills/Experience3+ years of experience in a studio marketing, promotions, or partnerships departmentExperience in advertising or promotion agencies with account management and/or salesExperience in International Marketing, preferably PartnershipsExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and presentation design abilityHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressured environmentCreative, proactive, self-motivated, with a strong work ethicTeam player who collaborates and maintains strong internal/external relationshipsPreferred Qualifications/Skills/ExperienceProficiency in KeynoteProficiency in Photoshop and/or other graphic design toolsFluency in foreign languagesExperience with BoxOverview:Reporting to the Director, Brand Partnership Marketing, the Assistant Manager supports the global, domestic and international development and execution of partnership marketing campaigns for Paramount Pictures’ theatrical releases.
