Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate IT project activities to support organizational goals and project objectives • Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and timelines • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and performance expectations • Manage project risks, resources, and budgets to ensure effective project delivery • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into project plans • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project implementation and execution • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders • Optimize project management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency • Maintain project documentation including plans, procedures, and lessons learned • Support the adoption and use of project management tools and platforms • Stay current with emerging project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Provide user guidance and training on project management tools when needed. Professional Qualifications and Skills • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 3-7 years of experience in IT project management or related roles • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership • Experience working with enterprise IT systems and processes • Familiarity with cloud-based project management and collaboration tools • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
