At the LVCVA, the Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, upkeep of all LVCVA facilities, buildings, grounds, parking lots, landscaping, fleet management, graphics & signage, utilities management and non-capitalized projects. Manage routine maintenance and emergency service on critical systems including diesel generators, UPS systems, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, lighting, chillers, HVAC equipment, and commercial plumbing systems and equipment.
