Prepare, review, organize, and maintain land-related agreements and supporting documents, including option agreements, lease agreements, crossing agreements, encroachment permits, surface waivers, amendments, and other project documentation. The position assists with land agreements, title review, due diligence activities, contract tracking, and project record management for utility-scale renewable energy projects throughout the United States.
