3-5 years' experience in the service, maintenance, repair, and installation of air handling equipment, such as uninvents, fan coils, exhaust fans, make up air fans, unit heaters, air handling units for single and multiple zones to include lubrication, filter changing, coil cleaning, changing belts and bearings. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances, including, but not limited to, a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check, a pre-placement physical, and a pre-employment drug screening that tests for controlled substances, including marijuana (THC).
