If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Active participant of the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program that offers monetary incentives to select nursing professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, in exchange for a service commitment to work in a rural county for a 5-year period.
