  • Support planning and execution of litigation-focused client events, sponsorships, industry conferences, and roundtables by assisting attorneys with identifying strategic engagement opportunities, coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and conducting post-event research.

    Support direct marketing and business development programs including planning and executing podcast and video recordings, seminars, sponsorships, and other events pursued by the firm including serve as central resource for logistics (e.g., meeting rooms, telephone and video conferencing needs, event set-up, delivering materials etc.); manage communications including invitations and RSVPs, meeting invites, internal socializing and external communications; leveraging appropriate teams within the Firm to support various tasks including RSVPs, CLE credit, catering, etc. and attending meetings and events to provide support on-site.   • Communicate with insureds, brokers and TPA's to secure additional claim information, communicate loss information, and monitor Self Insured Retentions and determine the extent of exposure to the insured and the company.

    li>Panel management liaison - manage outside panel counsel, including but not limited to inclusion of firm on panel, addition or removal of panel counsel, and in collaboration with claims leaders, appropriately assign panels to appropriate panel lists. This involves aggregating, analyzing, extrapolating, and manipulating data and in order to identify trends to understand where there are gaps or identify exceptional firms to be used more broadly in areas where they are particularly effective.
