The Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the timely completion of commercial loan documentation assignments, data input as required, and other tasks to complete the commercial loan origination process. This includes ensuring all loan approvals are completed timely, accurately and within all policy, procedure, regulatory and safety and soundness banking standards. The Loan Documentation Specialist communicates with the loan officers, appraisers, title agencies, and customers as needed.
