The screen-out element for this position is: The ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision, performing the majority of the following duties including inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains components (e.g., air handlers, chillers, filters, Ozone generator, Oxygen generator, etc.) of a large HVAC system, and perform maintenance of grounds, including roads, walks, and parking areas, floor maintenance, plumbing repairs, modifications, greasing and lubricating freight elevators, hoists, and bridge cranes, maintaining and repairing of alarm systems and roofing systems, and remodeling of existing facilities.
