Notify Property Manager of any major maintenance problems and recommend possible solutions; • Maintenance and repair of the various systems throughout the property including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, in-unit maintenance, common and service areas, and any recreational facilities; • Emergency response; • Minor plumbing repairs and services; • Minor electrical repairs and services to include checking and/ or correcting minor power outages, malfunctioning timers, breakers, replacing fuses and resetting breakers, checking for and replacing all burned out lights; replacing missing or damaged outlet covers and switches, etc. General Services: • If necessary, provide sweeping, vacuuming, water extraction, policing lobbies and hallways, elevators, entrances, stairways, trash rooms, and outside grounds, trash removal and replacement of trash receptacle liners, snow shoveling, spreading ice melt, general office cleaning, restroom policing and servicing, etc.
