The Support Services Lead will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing team members while also remaining hands-on in the daily work, including supporting travel coordination, shipping needs, facility support, vendor communication, issue resolution, and other operational support activities as needed. Must be able to endure frequent and lengthy periods of driving, standing, walking long distances, navigating rough terrain on foot, and lifting or balancing objects that may weigh up to approximately 20 lbs., and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally (i.e. packages received), and require the use of upper extremities and back muscles.
