In collaboration with the Stroke Program Medical Director and interdisciplinary leaders, the Coordinator ensures that stroke services are organized across the continuum of care and delivered in accordance with current evidence-based practices, organizational policies, and compliance with all regulatory bodies. The Coordinator of Neuroscience Programs/Stroke Program Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the organization's neuroscience and stroke programs.
