15+ years of experience in construction equipment management, including utilization, procurement, and maintenance from the owner side 5+ years in executive leadership at a construction company with revenues of $500MM+ Experience with equipment-related technology and innovation preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Proven strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities Strong leadership, organizational development, and team-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Ability to analyze financial and operational data to inform strategic decisions Working Environment: When visiting jobsites, the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises Travel up to 60% may be necessary when partnering with job sites and onsite Field Equipment Managers. Lead contract negotiations and procurement strategies, including financing arrangements for major equipment Vendor & Relationship Management Build and maintain strategic partnerships with equipment vendors, service providers, and financing organizations.
