- Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, long-term incentive compensation, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
