This strategic, global role will support the Senior Leadership Team at Cision and PR Newswire. The leader will oversee a team of People Partners, fostering successful partnerships across the organization.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Partner with executive and senior leaders globally to understand organizational needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions.</li><li>Develop global workforce strategies aligned with long-term business plans.</li><li>Serve as the primary partner for assigned clients, including Executive and Senior Leadership teams, on all matters related to people and culture.</li><li>Initiate or support high-impact people strategies to enhance business effectiveness.</li><li>Drive cost-effectiveness by employing relevant strategies and achieving synergy savings.</li><li>Promote accountability and a performance-driven culture.</li><li>Act as a change agent during organizational change and transformation.</li><li>Collaborate with other global People functions.</li></ol><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ol><li>10+ years in progressively senior People Partner roles, preferably in global, technical organizations supporting executives.</li><li>Experience leading and developing high-performing People Partner teams.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.</li></ol><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ol><li>Experience with global tech or SaaS companies, especially outside the Americas (EMEA, APAC).</li><li>Experience leading organizational transformations and M&A HR processes.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with ability to influence and present to senior leaders.</li><li>Proven ability to drive initiatives and build trusted relationships.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.</li></ol><p>As a leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology, Cision helps brands connect and engage with their audiences.
