Job Duties: Inspects the construction of street improvements (i.e. paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, etc.), bridges, storm drains and boxes, underground utility systems including lift stations, reservoirs, pressure stations, force mains, parks, grading and public and private street systems. Under the direction and supervision of the Construction Manager, the Construction Engineering Technician inspects construction of all types of publicly and privately funded city-wide improvement projects and watches for public safety.
