Overview: The Assistant AML Officer assists the Corporate AML Officer with overseeing all aspects of the Company’s Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Program, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and Sanctions Monitoring (collectively, “AML Program”). Responsibilities: Assist in managing the AML Department; ensure that all department monitoring, investigation, data validation, reporting, and recordkeeping functions are performed; and ensure AML Department is adequately staffed to execute against CIP, CDD, transaction monitoring, and investigation functions.
