This position provides care for adult patients with cardiac and medical conditions, including heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, acute respiratory failure, pulmonary embolism, and postoperative cardiac surgery needs. Manages central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, feeding tubes, intravenous therapy, blood products, oxygen therapy, and cardiac medications according to established protocols.
