Executive Recruiter, Corporate Wanzek Construction IncExecutive Recruiter, CorporateDallas, TXRemoteResponsibilities Provide executive-level talent acquisition strategy and market insights to support business growth and critical hiring needs Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels, with emphasis on executive, leadership, and specialized searches, while remaining flexible to support non-executive hiring needs as required Partner with senior and executive leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategies Own and execute proactive executive search and talent mapping strategies, including competitor analysis and passive candidate engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market trends, compensation, and workforce planning Manage confidential and high-visibility searches, ensuring discretion and strong candidate experience Influence and educate internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies Create and negotiate offers, including complex and executive-level compensation packages Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through industry engagement and targeted outreach Provide a white-glove candidate experience while managing the full recruitment lifecycle Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of hiring plans Leverage ATS/CRM systems and recruitment data to track progress, identify trends, and improve outcomes Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Construction and renewables industry experience is highly preferred.
