Both units are supported by teams which include Neonatologists, Advanced Practitioners, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellows, Nutritionists, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Pharmacists, Lactation Specialists, and Neonatal Nurses to provide top-level care to our infants and families. Maintain ongoing documentation of patient interventions within the timeframe established by policy, to include documentation of initial assessment, treatment plans, progress notes and any other patient interactions, to include telephone calls.
