You will work cross-functionally with provisioning, field operations, network engineering, NOC, carriers/vendors, and customers to drive efficient turn-ups, rapid issue resolution, and high first-pass success rates while maintaining service quality and SLAs. Troubleshoot circuit-level and Layer 1-3 issues (physical layer, signal integrity, optics/SFPs, configuration, routing/switching, carrier handoffs); perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution with internal teams, field technicians, and external providers.
