Area Director Benefits & Compensation<ul><li>Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul>Area Director Requirements & Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 510 years of multi-unit leadership experience in full-service restaurants </li><li>Proven track record managing multiple P&Ls and achieving financial targets </li><li>Strong leadership experience overseeing General Managers and large teams </li><li>Deep understanding of high-volume, full-service restaurant operations </li><li>Experience with labor management, food cost control, and inventory systems </li></ul>Area Director Preferred Background & Skills<ul><li>Experience overseeing 7+ locations simultaneously </li><li>Background in upscale casual or high-volume dining concepts </li><li>Experience with new store openings or brand expansion </li></ul>Area Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of 78 full-service restaurant locations to ensure consistent quality and execution of brand standards </li><li>Conduct regular site visits to assess service, food quality, cleanliness, and the overall guest experience </li><li>Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned locations, partnering with General Managers to achieve financial targets </li><li>Recruit, train, mentor, and develop management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement </li><li>Address guest feedback trends and uphold consistent brand standards across all restaurants </li><li>Lead and support company initiatives, including new store openings or market expansion </li></ul>This is a field-based position and requires regular travel between restaurant locations, as well as a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
