Experience: 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales administration experience, including Dataverse configuration, Power Automate, solution management, deployments, CRM reporting, dashboards, data management, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and user adoption support. As the primary owner of Dynamics 365 Sales, you'll help drive operational efficiency, improve data quality, and enable business growth while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver a best-in-class CRM experience.
