This position supports the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the Brattleboro Retreat's financial reporting and plays an important role in the monthly close, general ledger management, account reconciliations, audit preparation, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant who is comfortable working independently, investigating accounting discrepancies, improving processes, and partnering with colleagues throughout the organization.
