Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Online Booking Specialist to join our remote team.
The individual hired will step into PAC’s largest and most technically demanding on-line fuels opportunities globally—spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Africa—with an established reputation and the credibility to present PAC’s Process Analyzer portfolio, including octane and fuels strategy directly to refinery leadership, quality control management, Process control, Engineering and corporate technology organizations. 12–20 years of experience in analytical instrument sales or applications within refining, fuels, or petrochemical markets, with demonstrated depth in octane and fuels analysis; prior international sales or business development experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrate awareness of district-community needs and initiate activities to meet those needs including speaking at civic organization meetings and make presentations. Serve as district spokesperson and coordinate media coverage including preparing press releases and publishing articles and photos in local media and other publications.
Duties include event planning, setting goals and deadlines, marketing, coordinating between departments, processing donation forms, creating agency reports, reconciling donations and keeping accurate records of all money raised and disbursed. General Summary: Manages the city's workplace giving drive, Combined Municipal Campaign, citywide employee recognition programs and provides administrative and marketing support for internal communication initiatives.
Essential Functions of Role: During the course of normal day-to-day activities: cleans, maintains and stocks vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared for daily responsibilities; completes associated paperwork with each job in a timely manner; properly operate and maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment; reports need for vehicle repair or service when required and/or prescribed; and reports any accidents, losses, injuries or property damage to supervisor and customer when appropriate. Performs construction maintenance duties such as: splices aerial/underground coaxial cable and equipment to restore cable plant to system specification; splices and activates new coaxial plant as required; repairs and/or replace damaged aerial/underground plant; and inspects, repairs and/or replaces power supplies as necessary.
Essential Job Functions:• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk working as In-Store Grocery Shopper is responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. • Online Grocery Pick-Up team is responsible for assembling customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up.
