Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge of a wide variety of budgetary methods, techniques, command or installation regulations, instructions, and policies for monitoring actual versus programmed expenditures of funds, to include identifying and extracting budgetary information from many different source documents (e.g., accounting records, vouchers, work orders, payroll records, cost estimates, and appropriation documents). Extracts, compiles, and consolidates unrelated workload and cost data as well as a variety of narrative information used for preparing budget estimates involving one or more appropriations with different guidelines and procedures, or a comparable mix of appropriated fund and/or revolving fund accounts; provides technical expertise and assistance to the Budget Officer and higher graded analysts.
