Implement and monitor individualized health care plans and emergency action plans for students with chronic health conditions, including asthma, diabetes, seizure disorders, severe allergies, and other medical needs. The RN will assess student health, provide appropriate interventions, develop and execute plans for care management, act as a first responder when necessary, and engage in promotion of public health such as disease surveillance, immunization compliance, and health education.
