The ideal candidate is a knowledge worker who communicates effectively, is customer-focused, values and respects others, drives to excel, embraces teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning, demonstrates ethical behavior, is supportive of change, reliable, committed to confidentiality of information, and has a positive attitude. Applicants must be willing to work any shift consisting of days, evenings, early morning hours, holidays and weekends inside of a locked detention facility to book and release incarcerated persons who may be inebriated, uncooperative, emotionally upset and/or emotionally disturbed.
