After completing this initial training period, the position will transition into a primarily office-based management role focused on production oversight, employee leadership, customer communication, and operational coordination. This position is responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, coordinating production schedules, managing personnel, and ensuring customer orders are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
