Ashby (ATS) Ownership: Serve as our go-to Ashby expert, managing workflows, templates, data integrity, and reporting, and partnering with Recruiting Ops to continuously improve how the system supports the team, including evaluating and implementing AI-powered tools to streamline scheduling, sourcing support, and candidate communication. Global University Recruiting Program Management: Own the end-to-end planning, relationship management and execution of our Global University Recruiting program, including career fairs, campus partnerships, internship pipelines, and virtual or in-person recruiting events.
