The role coordinates multiple crews, operators, drivers, and subcontractors; translates the Production Manager's event plan into campus execution; monitors safety, quality, documentation, and changing conditions; and serves as the first reporting point for SIM staff assigned to the campus. Quality, Safety, and Documentation Perform recurring campus inspections during and after events; direct correction of missed work, refreeze, drifting, unsafe conditions, property concerns, and service gaps.
