JOB OVERVIEW: The Cabler 1 Operator is a medium skilled role that is responsible for safe and efficient operations of the machine, including loading/unloading reels, making hook splices, reading and interpreting production orders, selecting, identifying and installing tooling to meet production order specifications, adjusting lay length and binder tightness, loading binder, loading fillers and operating longitudinal taping head.
