You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of community, economic development, housing, and infrastructure programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation Flex (IPR Flex), Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR), Acquire, Renovate, Sell (ARS), Southwest Virginia Water/Wastewater (W/WW), or within housing development-specific programs like Virginia or National Housing Trust Funds or HOME Investment partnership programs, and other programs administered by DHCD. •Experience working with local governments, nonprofit organizations, community‑based entities, affordable housing developers, or other stakeholders on community development, economic development, housing, or other grant‑funded initiatives is preferred.
