What you will be doing: Assist attorneys with preparing, reviewing, and filing bankruptcy documents, including motions for relief from the automatic stay, reaffirmation agreements, proofs of claim, objections to Chapter 13 plans, complaints for nondischargeability, and related notices, declarations, exhibits, proposed orders, and certificates of service.
