Provide face sheet, wristband and other appropriate letters or forms to unit Assist bed nurse in assignment of appropriate beds and bed assignment using the Bed Management System Discharge and/or transfer of all patients in the ADT or other appropriate system using phys orders Perform census balance of all beds and all units Assure ADT status in sync with Cerner order at all times Escort patients to their rooms and perform hand off process with clinical staff Provide assistance to patients and family members in admitting waiting area Assure that ADT and clinical systems are in sync at all times Understanding of multiple systems (MPAC, Cerner, FirstNet, Surginet, RelayHealth, AHIQA, Onbase, Allscripts) Knowledge and ability to execute all downtime processes Serve as Centralized/Surgery Scheduling back up during off shift days and hours Working Conditions: Varied shift hours.
