Supports patient care by retrieving, copying, and sending appropriate documents by mail, fax, or electronic copy within 48 hours of valid request to referring physicians, patients, and other requestors. Interacts with management, physicians, and staff by obtaining and communicating essential data and assisting other team members to coordinate efficient transactions of patient related documents.
