Our client provides medical services to the region's year-round population of 30,000 residents and approximately 120,000 seasonal residents and visitors who come from all over the world to enjoy the Eastern Lakes Region and the communities of: Alton, Brookfield, Effingham, Freedom, Madison, Moultonborough, New Durham, Ossipee, Sanbornville, Sandwich, Tamworth, Tuftonboro, Wolfeboro and surrounding towns. WHO YOU ARE: Under the general supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Services, our Physical Therapist is responsible for administering Physical Therapy services including evaluations, establishment/modification of treatment plan, provision/supervision of treatment and documentation to inpatient and outpatients within the departmental and facility policies and procedures.
